The rooftop pool offered great views and was a highlight during my stay. Food quality in the restaurant impressed us enough to return for dinner multiple nights.
Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. stained bed linens and dirty bathroom fittings were noted. The shower had inconsistent hot water and required significant waiting time. Breakfast was lackluster, limited to basic options, and felt overpriced for what was offered. Noisy conditions at night due to extractor fan sounds added to the discomfort.

Gorgeous sunsets and delicious dining
The rooftop pool offers spectacular sunset views, and the restaurant’s food and service are top-notch. Gabby, the restaurant manager, ensured our dining experience was nothing short of excellent.
The room had humidity issues and a lack of details in upkeep. We also faced inconsistent hot water in the shower, which could be frustrating after a long day on the beach.

The location is idyllic, right on the turquoise beach with a peaceful atmosphere at night. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and beautiful sea view. However, cleanliness issues with stained bed linens and a poorly maintained bathroom were disappointing. The breakfast options could be enhanced as well, with a limited variety that felt below expectations for the price. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing stunning views of the sunset, and the freshly baked bread was a delightful addition to the mornings.

The rooftop pool was exquisite, and the ocean view suite gave us very nice sunsets. Our group loved lounging in the cozy hammocks around the garden. The free bike rental was a great way to explore nearby beaches, and the beach was peaceful with no crowd.

missingWrote a review on Jun 05friendly servicegreat poolsbeach loungerspoor breakfast variety
The service was exemplary, with staff going above and beyond (Erick and Blas were unforgettable! ). The beach loungers and lovely pools made relaxation easy. Beyond that, the close proximity to downtown meant excellent dining options and nightlife.
The breakfast could use more variety and the lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it hard to get ready in the mornings.

Just a fitting option for a transient stop in Isla Holbox with incredible value for money. Water at the rooftop bar was overpriced, but it was refreshing after a long day exploring. Set your alarm early for sunbed space. it fills up fast with towels.

missingWrote a review on May 06comfy bedgreat showernice acstained linensnoisy extractor
The Deluxe Room was pretty nice overall. The bed was super comfy, and the AC worked like a champ. The shower had great pressure, which was a big plus! But I did notice some stains on the bed linens, which was a bit off-putting. Also, the noise from the extractor fans at night was annoying. Still, being right by the pool was awesome! Overall, the vibe of the room made my stay enjoyable despite a few hiccups.
